**What do you like best about Furious?**

Furious is one of the few ERPs truly designed for agencies and service companies. Everything is centralized (CRM, quotes, projects, timesheets, invoicing), which creates a real single source of truth.

The biggest value is real-time visibility on profitability and margins. It gives much better control over projects and decision-making.

The product evolves fast and the team is responsive, which makes it feel like a modern and growing solution

**What do you dislike about Furious?**

The tool is powerful but comes with a learning curve. You need structured processes and strong team adoption to fully benefit from it.

It can feel overwhelming at the beginning, and integrations are not always as plug-and-play as expected.

**What problems is Furious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces multiple disconnected tools and centralizes the entire workflow from sales to invoicing.

We now have much better visibility on team workload, project performance and profitability, allowing us to anticipate issues instead of reacting too late.

**What do you like best about Furious?**

Furious is an all-in-one software solution: it centralizes CRM, quotes, project management, time tracking, invoicing, finance, and sometimes HR-related tasks in a single platform. This avoids having to switch between several tools such as a CRM, a planning tool, spreadsheets, invoicing software.

**What do you dislike about Furious?**

The software can seem a bit daunting at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature

**What problems is Furious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me better manage profitability. Furious gives me a real-time view of margins, revenue, sold time, time spent, and profitability by project or team. This is useful for quickly seeing whether a project is going off track or whether a mission is truly profitable.

It helps manage resources and planning more effectively. The tool allows you to track team workload, availability, time spent, and production forecasts. For an agency, this is a real advantage for avoiding overload, gaps in planning, or poorly staffed projects.

It saves time on administrative tasks. Furious automates part of the repetitive work: turning quotes into projects, tracking time, sending reminders, invoicing, pre-accounting, and reporting.
It gives managers better visibility. Dashboards make it possible to monitor key indicators: sales, production, margin, team workload, profitability, invoicing, and forecasts. This is especially useful for making decisions quickly.

It is designed for agencies and service companies. Unlike more general ERP systems, Furious is built for businesses that sell time, packages, missions, or intellectual services.

**What do you like best about Furious?**

The management of schedules and the tracking of time by project are very simple to implement. This contributes to the performance of our company today. The questions raised with our contact Quentin always find their answers in a very short time. The exchanges are smooth. Considering all the possibilities offered by Furious, and especially its ability to continually renew itself, I find the prices very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Furious?**

A bit oversized compared to the size of our structure.

**What problems is Furious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having difficulties tracking the profitability of projects in real-time, which we can now do easily.

I appreciate the support of the sales teams in France, and especially the adaptability of Furious, even though it is a SaaS software.

**What do you dislike about Furious?**

I think there is a bit too much information or sometimes inconsistent naming due to the fact that it is a SaaS. Among clients, the definition of words is not necessarily the same between businesses.

**What problems is Furious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Furious solves the problem of team time visibility, profitability tracking, commercial payroll consolidation, and project tracking.

I like Furious because we quickly get answers to our questions and it's quite easy to use. Also, the initial installation of Furious was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Furious?**

Some widgets are missing information. More widgets in finance and pipeline management would be necessary. Staffing is not easy to manage on Furious. A connection with Pennylane would be desirable.

**What problems is Furious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Furious, we know our profitability, are better organized, and better track our management. We quickly get answers to our questions and it's quite easy to use.

A tool so comprehensive that you need to spend time to master it, despite the intuitive interface.

Furious links client management, quotes, and projects, allowing for a significant time saving. We also use it for time tracking, which works very well. The big advantage of the tool: a fully customizable dashboard with a large catalog of "widgets."

Everything is very well conceived and optimized. We feel like they know our needs very well.

The tool is not free of course, but no such tool could be in my opinion.

**What do you like best about Furious?**

We had been looking for a comprehensive tool (CRM + ERP) for our agency for a long time. Over the past few years, we tested many software solutions, but none were suited to our business. Furious's sectoral approach offers unparalleled industry expertise.

**What do you dislike about Furious?**

Mass prospecting automations (such as triggering automations over several days for email sequences are not yet fully automated: changing the prospect's status) but the solutions are evolving a lot and we see improvements very regularly.

**What problems is Furious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has now been over a year since we completely pivoted to Furious. We will not change software as we are so satisfied with the solution as well as the people who make up the team.

What I appreciate the most is the complete centralization of operations—from quoting to invoicing, including project tracking, purchasing, and profitability. Everything is seamless, interconnected, and, most importantly, tailored to the way agencies work.
Furious has helped us gain clarity, significantly reduce the time spent cross-checking data, and finally provide our teams with a truly useful day-to-day tool.
Special mention for the AI chatbot—impressively efficient at quickly answering questions. The onboarding went smoothly thanks to real support and the ability to import our own data.

**What do you dislike about Furious?**

The platform is very feature-rich—sometimes a bit too much. It can take some time for teams unfamiliar with this type of tool to adapt. It’s important to anticipate the onboarding process and not underestimate the migration effort, especially if, like us, you have a lot of historical data.
