What do you like best about FTR Gold?

It lets you customize the speed at which it's played, and you can create your own hot keys for fast forwarding, jumping, playing, pausing etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could figure out how to get rid of some of the background noise, but that is also probably due to the recorder used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use, customizable and free to install (at least the version I have). There's no reason not to implement this as part of your administrative tool box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
