Available capabilities include carrier onboarding, load and capacity management, driver and customer portals, a private loadboard, freight document generation, invoicing, settlements, workflow automation, and real-time operational dashboards. FTM also connects with more than 46 transportation and business systems across load boards, accounting, telematics, mapping, tracking, ERP, and API categories. The platform can support freight brokerages, asset-based carriers, shipper transportation teams, and organizations combining multiple operating models. Its Salesforce foundation also enables configurable workflows, role-based access, multi-entity operations, and consolidated reporting for growing and enterprise transportation companies. Salesforce Enterprise access is included with FTM, so organizations do not need an existing Salesforce environment or a separate Salesforce subscription to get started. For teams already using Salesforce, FTM can extend their existing customer, sales, service, and reporting environment into transportation operations. Core workflows can go live in as little as 14 days, depending on organizational complexity, integrations, migration requirements, and rollout scope.
