The Freddy AI tool is really handy for those tickets that end up with 20+ different channels of communication. Freddy provides a summary of the important interactions that takes place as well as any actionables. All we need to do for this summary is click 1 button! It's very easy to use and a great resource. What do you dislike about Freddy Copilot?
