I find the interface could be more simple and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Fracttal One is an easy-to-use and very intuitive platform. In addition, it facilitates a better description of activities and the monitoring of each task. This includes the addition of photographic records and screenshots, which contribute to a clearer understanding of what needs to be done.

What I found most important was the ease of viewing tasks and subtasks, organized in lists, which helps the team perform better in completing these activities. Overall, it's a very good tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment, I have not identified any problems related to the platform's operation. The main difficulties observed are associated with operational errors, such as incorrect information entry or the closure of cases without the proper completion of processes, which can result in pending tasks. These situations are more related to the handling of the platform than to failures of the tool itself.

One example is the flow for adding images and attachments, which can only be done after the activity has been created. This procedure can cause some confusion for the user, especially if they forget to add the files after completing the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has seemed to me an easy-to-use tool, which has allowed enriching all reported cases with concrete information. Additionally, it facilitates the addition of photographic records and the tracking of progress in each assigned task. What I consider most important is the ability to generate reports of the cases. Overall, it has seemed to me a very complete solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I have not had any issues with the use, except for the usual errors that can arise from entering incorrect information or closing cases without completing the processes, which leaves pending tasks. However, these problems are more due to handling than to the tool itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Fracttal One facilitates the planning of various maintenance tasks, both corrective and preventive. I also appreciate being able to keep an orderly list of subtasks so that the staff remembers the actions they need to take, which results in better team organization. Additionally, I found that the initial setup of Fracttal One was very easy, which is a great benefit for a quick and effective start to using the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that the reminders for the elaborated task plans are an additional add-on. Moreover, the reminders are only shown for overdue dates, which is not useful for effectively tracking the planned management cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the easy use of Fracttal One, as it is very interactive and has helped me minimize time when digitizing data. This tool is essential in my work area, where we manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. The simplicity of its initial setup pleasantly surprised me, as it was not complicated, which greatly facilitated the start-up process. Additionally, Fracttal One has been fundamental in solving problems with machines and managing repair times, making my work more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I find most compelling about this software is its ability to handle large volumes of equipment efficiently. It enables you to manage maintenance tasks in a sequential and organized way, ensuring that all the criteria you establish are met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike is the lack of a feature that allows you to display, in table format, how each team is managed and whether the guidelines are being followed as requested. This makes it difficult to clearly see compliance and management details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use and practical because it has helped us have better control in planning maintenance and managing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to log in several times during the workday because the session does not stay active. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Fracttal One to be an incredible maintenance management tool. It's very interactive and easy to use and teach. Its simplicity makes it complete for planners and offers a simple interface for technicians. I appreciate the integration of data with the SAP PM module. I've noticed improvements in labor availability, resource allocation, task distribution, and being able to include photos as attachments. I enjoy the ease and interactivity in creating, editing, and permanently recording maintenance plans with quick traceability. I also value the real-time maintenance indicators and the quick, simple access it offers from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that the asset can't be edited in a work order. It's something that could greatly help maintenance planners. Sometimes, the customer opens the service request by selecting the wrong asset, and after the order is generated, we cannot change it. If it were possible, we wouldn't have to cancel the order and generate another one. The initial setup of Fracttal One wasn't that easy, but it worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that everything in Fracttal One is centralized and organized, which makes it easier for me to find what I need to do. At the inventory level, it's useful to be able to load all the equipment, assign them their location, print the QR codes for each one, and scan them to know the system's status or their last location in the record, which optimizes my work time. I also think the initial setup was very easy because Fracttal is very user-friendly. I am so satisfied that I give it a 10 for recommendation and I am already asking my colleagues in other companies if they know or use it, and if not, I recommend it to them. I would love it if a commercial management part is also implemented, that is, post-sales, lead tracking, and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to organize all the maintenance, asset information, and work orders from a single place with Fracttal One. Additionally, all the information I provide and assign is centralized, allowing me to track it in real time. This helps me reduce the time I used to waste searching for data or manually updating records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used the mobile app a little and I would like it to be a bit faster. When I started as a new user, I felt it was a bit complex and some require several steps to set up. In the mobile app, it would be good if the order loading was faster. And for new users, some simpler tutorials and default settings would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
