I use Fracttal One for the management of machine and mold maintenance, and I really appreciate how it has improved our management times and digitized the maintenance process. I love the agile support that Fracttal One offers; they do not delay in responding to requests via chat, and there is support that aids the adoption process. Additionally, I greatly value the after-sales service, which has left a very positive impression on our experience with the product. We integrated Fracttal One with SAP, which is another aspect I value about its functionality and versatility. I like how Fracttal One facilitates the planning of various maintenance tasks, both corrective and preventive. I also appreciate being able to keep an orderly list of subtasks so that the staff remembers the actions they need to take, which results in better team organization.
