The software is simple and mainly developed for handling PDFs. So, I don't think there is much to dislike about this tool. For the first time, editing a PDF isn't complicated anymore. No bulky software with too many unused add-on is force to be installed, it really saves the storage space on my computer. Using digital document has too many benefits, first user don't need to print-out physical document anymore, second, it is easier to transfer document to client by sending it thru cloud storage integration. The AI assistant make a huge difference in document redaction, it automatically detect sensitive information and put up a black strip over the word to cover the information, I don't have to manually proofread all the document one-by-one, which can take more than 3 hours to finish skimmed all the wording. The basic account restricts access to all tools and features. You are limited to editing just the first three pages, and if you wish to work on more, you have to upgrade to the premium package. In addition, each page you save with the basic account displays their logo, which can be problematic and may come across as unprofessional to clients. Perpetual licensing from Foxit is a little harder to find, and support for legacy perpetual versions is now limited, but it's still a terrific product. I had to move my license key to a new machine due to Windows 11, and it was effortless. I'm glad I saved the original download .zip, though, because it's not downloadable anymore.
