**What do you like best about Formspree?**

i used to like how it gave me free forms now it just lies

**What do you dislike about Formspree?**

Formspree shows deceptive notifications indicating that 'your storage is full - requires upgrade' even when there is 0 GB stored and 0 submissions, which feels like a dark pattern. I don't like shady lying companies. It suggests that you need to upgrade without having anything in your storage, which feels dishonest. The initial setup process wasn't easy.

**What problems is Formspree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Formspree is deceptive, showing storage is full when it’s not, pushing upgrades. I don't find it easy to set up and will stop using it.

Free service, easy to use. You can setup a form in 2 minutes

It's not completely free, you have some restrictions.

it helps to funnel all feedback from the website in to us to dissect and read and respond

**What do you dislike about Formspree?**

i wish that it broke things into categories before we opened it up so we could just look at positive or just look at negative

we have an increased ability to respond to people faster and increase our customer service
