Not sure there are a few things that are similar to others that aren't bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm hoping someone reads this in the company. It's not a bad app if you only use a computer. But I'm on the go all the time and the mobile very bad. Things that really need improvement. There is a major lag I don't get in any other signing software. I click on sign and will have to wait easily 30 sec. Also will click and wait then click agin it would click then un click. It's is also really hard to read and move around the site and see where to sign next. You can use there next button but same thing I don't want it to think to jump around the sheet. You should really try your competitors like Doc U Sign night and day difference. I only know the signing end and might be great as for sending out docs but where I sign 300 plus docs a year and hate signing with this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Form Simplicity is a fairly straightforward program to use. I've been using it for many years and rarely have had problems with the user interface. If I had to say what I like best, I would say it's pretty easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seems to be frequent hiccups with the program. When it works, it works. But there are frequent times I get messages from co-workers asking who else is having trouble with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I don't have to drive to my clients to get their signatures. It's so convenient to be able to upload documents and place signature markers, then email it to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that once I start a session I can type freely. I have to use a form field... sometimes I forget to put something, and it's a lot of work to go back and start the session over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
