I like the granularity in which it is designed. The level of customization is very deep, the report feature is very granular. User-based access feature it accomplishes its goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The User experience sucks. In 2021 I expect simple interfaces, highly integrable, mobile access. The one-time $1500 fee is too much compared with other alternatives. There is no free trial!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
