In other words, thanks to FoodLi, restaurants can keep 100% of their profit since they are not obliged to pay exorbitant sums of money to third-party food delivery apps anymore. As far as the main advantage of the service for the customers is concerned, it should be noted that ordering in several restaurants at once through one checkout is the most interesting thing about the service. Lastly, the AI-powered up-selling engine that is used on the website can significantly benefit business owners. **What do you dislike about FoodLi?** In spite of FoodLi providing many benefits to restaurants, the major issues that arise in connection with it include the lack of a free trial period that will allow prospective customers to try out the product without actually having to pay for it. Furthermore, some businesses complain about the lack of customizability options since the service may sometimes not correspond with their particular brand identity or work system. Being able to order from different restaurants in one go means no more "where should we eat" arguments. The interface is actually smooth, and the food pictures look like the real deal, not just generic stock images. It's honestly just convenient. Ai is goot but has to be more refined. **What do you dislike about FoodLi?** The fees are honestly the most frustrating part. By the time you add delivery, service charges, and a tip, what should’ve been a simple meal ends up feeling expensive. Ordering from multiple places sounds nice in theory, but half the time the food shows up a bit cold because the driver had to wait at another stop. And if something goes wrong with the order, dealing with their automated support is just exhausting. AI is not working well so has to be more refined so that users perform their uses well. **What problems is FoodLi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Foodli basically kills that annoying "where are we eating?" debate. Since you can pull from different restaurants in one single order, you don't have to choose between sushi or burgers—you just get both. It's a huge relief for group hangouts because nobody has to compromise, and the app handles all the messy math of splitting the bill so you aren't stuck chasing people for Venmos the next day. ​For me, the real win is the QR code ordering when I'm actually out at a restaurant. There’s nothing worse than being ready to go but having to wait twenty minutes just to catch a server's eye for the check. Being able to just scan, see actual photos of the food, and pay right from my phone makes everything feel way more chill and efficient. ### 3. I like the different food choices as well, which helps me choose depending on my mood and what I feel like. Deliveries are generally reliable and on time and the whole experience is smooth and hassle-free. **What do you dislike about FoodLi?** Peak hour delivery could be delayed, and tracking may not always be very accurate. However, some restaurants have limited menus or inconsistent quality, which can negatively affect the overall experience. Would be nice if there were more reliable updates and consistent food quality across all vendors. **What problems is FoodLi solving and how is that benefiting you?** FoodLi solves the problem of time consuming food ordering and lack of variety. Instead of calling restaurants or going out, I can quickly browse through many options in one place and order in minutes. This helps me save time and effort, especially when I have a busy schedule. It also allows me to select different cuisines based on my preference. This makes the daily meals convenient and stress-free. ### 4. The suppliers also take care that they don't have personal contact now - they leave the food at the office door. Payment is made conveniently by credit card. **What do you dislike about FoodLi?** Actually nothing negative - I'm just wondering why the delivery costs were so low a short time ago and now they are higher. New customers get the delivery for free. **What problems is FoodLi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I often order my lunch here. The food arrives at the company still warm.
