All plans include analytics, 5 concurrent call lines, ticket based support, and full documentation. Telephony can be provided through Fonema's infrastructure or customers can bring their own carrier. Additional interactions beyond voice, such as WhatsApp messages, emails, and automated actions, are available at $0.01 each.
For agencies and BPOs, Fonema offers a White Label option at $2,000 USD per month, which includes full platform customization with your own domain, colors, and logo.
