**What do you like best about Fonema?**

It’s extremely intuitive, packed with data and insights, and it really helps minimize minutes lost to failed calls. For this kind of service, that’s genuinely game-changing. It was so easy to set up and it's become a constant tool in our day to day operations, integrating seamlessly with our CRM of choice.

**What do you dislike about Fonema?**

Honestly, this is one of the rare times there isn't anything negative to say. The team is always available for any changes that are required and the service works well.

**What problems is Fonema solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We dealt with a lot of turnover among our sales callers (call-center-style staff). That meant constant retraining, and it kept us from scaling as quickly as we wanted. With Fonema, we can now activate as many calls as we need, and no one has to spend time cold-calling again. Our team was really happy about this.
