Best out there **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Melin R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2018 **What do you like best about Followthehashtag?** this is the best twitter marketing tool on the web. there are tons of features and options available on the dashboard for you to get the data you want. for example, you can get the data on the twitter account or on hashtags from way back as far as 2006 and the visualisation of the data is also awesome. you can get them in a variety of forms such as graphs and heat maps to grab the data faster. i found this tool extremely helpful while researching about hashtags and the tool gives you data on no of tweets and the popularity and such things on it. you can also get information about topics you follow or about some account within the dashboard of this tool. the data export options are awesome that includes Excel and Pdf in which you can customize like adding your company logo for branding. the interface of the tool is absolutely stunning and you could find what you're looking for easily inside the dashboard. **What do you dislike about Followthehashtag?** The support is not the best. I've sent them a mail in which I mentioned about the payment error with my account. They haven't replied to the mail in like 48 hours which was unprofessional. **Recommendations to others considering Followthehashtag:** this is a must tool if you plan to market your business on twitter.com. highly recommended. **What problems is Followthehashtag solving and how is that benefiting you?** followthehashtag is a twitter marketing and analytics tool that helps you do social marketing on twitter platform. this is one the best of its kind and gives you detailed and accurate data on the trends that you want to follow. ### 2. The best part though is the reporting feature to PDF because it's great for delivering reports to stakeholders at events. **What do you dislike about Followthehashtag?** The price plan is unattractive... they base it on bundles of data and I've written to them about it and said I want a monthly plan that isn't restrictive. They've said they're looking into it and will come back to me soon. **Recommendations to others considering Followthehashtag:** Get in touch with them and tell them to sort the pricing out. A simple monthly fee is all it should be. **What problems is Followthehashtag solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly I use it to give a useful report for a hashtag.
