Foliume Reviews & Product Details

Foliume is an AI platform for insurance brokers, agencies, carriers and bancassurance. It works on top of the broker management system the brokerage already uses (ebroker, MPM, Codeoscopic, Soft QS and others), so there is no migration and no change to daily operations. Three products, licensed separately or as a suite: - Wilfredo (Wilbert in English): an AI assistant that quotes from a licence plate, a voice note, a photo or an Excel file, re-quotes entire portfolios at renewal, onboards clients and delivers the policy. Available on WhatsApp and in the platform. - Client Hub: a single inbox for WhatsApp, email, calls and web forms, with automatic routing by line of business, urgency and workload, and the full history of every policyholder. The team and the AI agents work on the same board; the brokerage approves what goes out. - Voice agents: autonomous outbound calls for cross-selling, renewals, collections, retention and prospecting. Integrates with broker management systems, multi-carrier rating engines and insurer portals. Built for the Spanish and Latin American insurance distribution market, in Spanish and English.
