Focus is simple but inconvenient. **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2019 **What do you like best about Focus POS?** Focus sends simple automated reports on daily and monthly basis has good customer service and is simple for staff to use. **What do you dislike about Focus POS?** I dislike that in order to access the terminal remotely you must gain access through a terminal which means you can only gain access when a staff member is not using the terminal. It makes accessing payroll information etc. difficult if you are working when your location is busy. **Recommendations to others considering Focus POS:** If you are a busy retail space consider the fact you cannot remotely access back end features if a staff member is currently using a terminal. You will have to wait for that employee film to finish their transactions before you can access the terminal. It is inconvenient. Besides that I have had no issues with the POS system and they do provide great customer service. **What problems is Focus POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sales and employee time tracking ### 2.
