I dislike that in order to access the terminal remotely you must gain access through a terminal which means you can only gain access when a staff member is not using the terminal. I dislike how difficult it is to remotely access pos information from the app or a computer. In order to do so no one can be using a terminal in the restaurant and if an employee is using a terminal you cannot access the pos remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
