**What do you like best about Focus POS?**

Focus sends simple automated reports on daily and monthly basis has good customer service and is simple for staff to use. 

**What do you dislike about Focus POS?**

I dislike that in order to access the terminal remotely you must gain access through a terminal which means you can only gain access when a staff member is not using the terminal.  It makes accessing payroll information etc. difficult if you are working when your location is busy. 

**Recommendations to others considering Focus POS:**

If you are a busy retail space consider the fact you cannot remotely access back end features if a staff member is currently using a terminal.  You will have to wait for that employee film to finish their transactions before you can access the terminal.  It is inconvenient.  Besides that I have had no issues with the POS system and they do provide great customer service.

**What do you like best about Focus POS?**

The reporting is automatically sent to your emails and completing transactions is easy for staff. 

**What do you dislike about Focus POS?**

I dislike how difficult it is to remotely access pos information from the app or a computer.  In order to do so no one can be using a terminal in the restaurant and if an employee is using a terminal you cannot access the pos remotely. 

**Recommendations to others considering Focus POS:**

If you need to access info from the app or a computer during business hours, it can be difficult to access because a terminal cannot be in use in order to gain access. 

**What problems is Focus POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial transactions, employee hours tracking, sales reporting.
