This tool covers a lot of jobs to be done for organisations such as marketing agencies. I loved the CRM and Finances features. Especially the possibility to create your list of products and services in advance, so it's faster to create invoices and track everything later. I also love the possibility to have essential daily work tools such as email, calendar and task management in the same app. It definitely boosts productivity, and because of that is a must! As a start-up there are so many hats to wear and software options to buy to help capture data, set up processes that a solopreneur can not do alone. Nor have the money to. Each option can take a reasonable chunk out of the budget every single month (because who can normally afford to buy everything up front?). Then you have the complexity of integration so everything works seamlessly, so more not-so-inexpensive tech support $$. And different apps to open, systems to learn. An overwhelming but critical part of a new business. LTD's can be the go-to for cost-effective options. But with Flowlu, multiple browser tabs of 'similar (but not really) LTD's deals got shut down in a heartbeat. Because the Flowlu dashboard is the Mother Ship. Like, HOW could one app do so much? And everything connect and overlap with the next function with limited technology required? The Mobile App V2 is a work-in-progress but the Flowlu team seem pretty agile and responsive to the feedback and are building a product that can be tailored (and branded!) to every business. I love that this platform as the CRM, the practice management, the tasks, the billing, the invoicing, and more all rolled into one platform. It even has an internal and external knowledge base, allowing me to document all of my processes and procedures for future staff or for my clients. What do you dislike about Flowlu? the CRM seems to have limited functionality. I cannot figure out to automate the process of sending external communications to potential clients as someone progresses to the various stages of a deal. To tell short, I appreciate the convenience and peace of mind it provides. And its great flexibility. For example, I can customize invoices so that they have our logo and color scheme. Another feature I can distinguish is its awesome API and, of course, its rich project management and customer relationship management functionality. I like that flowlu can do alot without feeling bloated. It's great that the whole team can get a birds-eye view of what's going on. Flowlu also helps you stay on top of your finances and keeps cash flow front and center. Cash flow is king, and flowlu enables you to stay on top of it! I also really like their pricing structure. Their greatest strength becomes a weakness (temporarily). It's so feature-rich that it can initially be overwhelming for people to use. Once you get the hang of it, it's great. I just used this software together for a meeting and it made the flow so much smoother than when we were just hopping on calls. So I am really enjoying using the software as a basic team collaboration project management platform as I am new to this type of format. There is a slight learning curve for me because I haven't used software like this before. I am able to get what I need to done and there are plenty of help articles. One thing that I really love to save time is creating the project workflow templates so that I don't have to continuously start from scratch. Time is really important to me. I can't wait to be able to incorporate all that it has to offer. I like that in the long run I can manage a lot more in Flowlu and get rid of some of the platforms that I am paying for monthly that in of itself is a win for me. I also love that you get the continuing updates and updates are constantly being pushed along with a promising roadmap. I am now working in it daily to improve my productivity. It integrates with hundreds of other applications, which is a significant plus point.
