There really isn’t anything unhelpful about this product, and we haven’t encountered any downsides. We don’t have any dislikes to mention. That said, it would be great if a future version included a tool that lets customers build connections securely, but without requiring the same degree of integration support. However, there are occasions when a more detailed explanation of the root cause and reasons behind the issues would be appreciated. Occasionally, incorrect or outdated information is sent to our payroll system, which means we have to submit a ticket to get it fixed. This problem can happen more than once, leading us to submit several tickets for the same recurring issue.
