Resources are licensed, not users. This alone distinguishes Flexopus from many other competitors and made it much more attractive for us. The young team is absolutely helpful, flexible, and quick in making adjustments. New useful features are easily added. Onboarding for new users is hardly necessary, as the system is essentially self-explanatory. Additionally, the system has all the state-of-the-art technologies important to us, allowing it to be fully integrated into our system environment. We looked at approximately 10 other competitors (some were immediately eliminated in the preliminary selection because Entra SSO was not possible) and partially tested them.
