"Transforming Hybrid Workplace Management with Flexopus"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexopus?

What I like most about Flexopus is its ease of use and the highly intuitive experience it provides for both employees and administrators. From the very beginning, the platform is straightforward and easy to understand, allowing users to start booking workspaces with little to no training. This helps organizations achieve faster adoption and reduces the need for ongoing support.

The interface is modern, clean, and visually appealing, making it simple to identify available desks, meeting rooms, and other workspace resources. Employees can quickly check availability, coordinate with colleagues, and reserve spaces according to their needs. This is especially beneficial in hybrid work environments where visibility and planning are essential.

Another major advantage is the speed and efficiency of the booking process. Reservations can be completed in just a few clicks, which saves time and improves the overall employee experience. Real-time availability information helps prevent scheduling conflicts while ensuring that office resources are utilized effectively.

Flexopus also stands out for its flexibility and adaptability. The platform supports a variety of workplace concepts, including hybrid work models, flexible seating arrangements, and shared office environments. This flexibility allows organizations to optimize their workspace management strategies and respond quickly to changing business needs.

From an administrative perspective, Flexopus provides valuable tools for managing locations, users, and workplace policies. The platform helps organizations gain better visibility into space utilization and supports informed decision-making regarding office planning, resource allocation, and workplace optimization.

The system's reliability and performance have also been impressive. During our experience, Flexopus has consistently delivered a stable and dependable service. Employees can trust the platform to accurately reflect workspace availability, while administrators can manage operations with confidence.

Additionally, Flexopus promotes better collaboration by making it easier for employees to locate coworkers and coordinate office attendance. This contributes to stronger teamwork and a more connected workplace experience.

Overall, Flexopus has significantly improved workplace organization, resource management, and the employee experience within our organization. It is a modern, reliable, and efficient workplace management solution that successfully supports the needs of today's flexible work environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

What I dislike the most about Flexopus is that there is still room for improvement regarding the visibility and management of workspaces that are occupied without an active reservation. As an administrator, I believe it would be very helpful to have additional features that make it easier to identify, monitor, and report these situations, as they could improve compliance with workplace reservation policies and provide a more accurate picture of actual workspace utilization.

I would also welcome more advanced analytics and reporting customization capabilities. While the current reporting features are already useful for day-to-day administration, access to more detailed metrics, customizable dashboards, and deeper workplace utilization insights would provide even greater value for organizations looking to optimize resources and make data-driven decisions.

That said, these are opportunities for enhancement rather than major concerns. Overall, Flexopus has been a stable, reliable, and user-friendly platform. It has consistently met our expectations and has significantly simplified workspace management across our organization, particularly in a hybrid work environment where visibility, planning, and collaboration are essential. "Intuitive Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Flexopus?

What I value most about Flexopus is the combination of an intuitive, visually appealing platform and an outstanding level of customer support. The user interface is modern, easy to navigate, and provides an excellent user experience, making desk reservations and workspace management simple and efficient for all employees.

In terms of performance, the platform is reliable, responsive, and consistently delivers a smooth experience, which helps streamline our daily workplace operations. The onboarding process was straightforward, allowing our teams to quickly adopt the solution with minimal effort.

What truly sets Flexopus apart, however, is the quality of its customer support. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to understanding customer needs. They are open to feedback, attentive to special requests, and proactive in providing solutions. This combination of strong usability, dependable performance, and exceptional support makes Flexopus a valuable tool for managing hybrid workplaces and optimizing office space utilization. What do you dislike about Flexopus?

One area that could be improved is the addition of an internal auditing feature to verify actual workspace occupancy against reservations. This would provide greater visibility into space utilization, help ensure that reserved desks are being used as intended, and support more accurate workplace planning. "Excellent Tool for Managing Shared Workspaces and Parkingplace Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexopus?

What I like best about Flexopus is the excellent balance between functionality, usability, and customer support. The platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and makes workplace management effortless for both administrators and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

Overall, my experience with Flexopus has been very positive. The only issue we have encountered is a scheduling bug that prevents users from booking workspaces on Fridays when making reservations approximately 15 days in advance. While this has caused some inconvenience, the impact is relatively minor compared to the overall value of the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexopus: intuitive and useful for organizing and booking workspaces"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexopus?

I found Flexopus to be a quite useful and easy-to-use tool. What I like most is that you can quickly check which spaces are available and make a reservation without much hassle. The platform is quite intuitive, and you don't need much time to understand how it works. Overall, I think it greatly facilitates the organization of workspaces, especially when several people share the same office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

Something I don't like as much about Flexopus is that it can take a little time to get used to all its features at first. Although it is generally easy to use, some options could be clearer or better located. I also feel that certain features could be more customizable depending on the needs of each company. These are not serious problems, but small details that could make the experience even more comfortable and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cool solution for workplace booking"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexopus?

For me as an admin, it is clearly the wealth of customization and configuration options. Although Flexopus is a "turnkey" product, you can subsequently make highly specific settings that allow for very granular control over processes within your organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

Often you have to think a bit outside the box to find your way around the settings. Here, I would wish for a more logical structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Meeting room display"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexopus?

The displays we have installed outside all our meeting rooms light up either red (occupied) or green (available), depending on the room’s occupancy status. They always look great and are incredibly practical, because you can see from a distance whether you can spontaneously use a room or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

We are completely satisfied. The setup was super easy, all the staff are incredibly friendly, and the support team is quick to help. Top-notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

I actually can't find anything I dislike about the tool, probably that the choice of workspace on the map should be marked by clicking on the desk and not on the seat of the place to reserve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flexopus?

The wide range of configuration options available for visitor management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

At the moment, only the logo on the kiosk display can be customized. We would like to be able to display our entire corporate identity. However, I think this functionality will probably be added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visually appealing, fully integrated, and affordable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flexopus?

I particularly appreciate the visual space selection with the beautiful digital building plans from Flexopus, as they significantly simplify orientation in the office and offer a clear mobile UX. Additionally, data protection is very important to our company, and Flexopus impresses here with GDPR-compliant hosting in a German data center with dedicated server infrastructure, instead of with an American hyperscaler. The full integration of Flexopus into Microsoft365, including the use of SSO and its own Microsoft Teams and Outlook app, makes our lives easier. The Flexopus Outlook add-in also simplifies room booking and allows for direct booking of catering services or visitors through the add-in. I find this close integration, especially with the Microsoft world, very successful. Flexopus is also significantly cheaper and offers a very fair price-performance ratio compared to other solutions. What do you dislike about Flexopus?

I don't have any specific improvement suggestions at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
