It is a professional tool that adapts perfectly to the marketing area, it stands out for offering a panel where you can work comfortably and be able to create campaigns with templates that they offer, so that it is much faster and more attractive, you can also send the campaigns in a way massive to users and from the same panel review the positive or negative reports. **What do you dislike about Flexmail?** We have no conflicts with the system is perfect. **Recommendations to others considering Flexmail:** I recommend we have received positive responses and for us it is enough to recommend the system, although I must indicate that there are other software that offer the same features, but for my flexmail it stands out for being economical and easy to configure, and also offers incredible support, I recommend it . **What problems is Flexmail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved a lot of problems of the company especially, improving the marketing area that was not enough time to be able to reach the necessary fee to go climbing, however we decided to find a solution for this problem we found Flexmail, it is perfect adapted, the change It was radical and remarkable, the time saved is impressive and the amount of traffic has increased and our website is now more sought after, it has been perfect and we are happy. ### 2. Marketing automation takes less effort. It has a very user-friendly interface and is very flexible. Their customer support is great as they are quick to solve every issue I have encountered. **What do you dislike about Flexmail?** Most email marketing platforms often has a few slowdown issues and Flexmail also experiences that. These slowdowns only happens occasionally and most of the time the usage is great. Besides these problems I have no other issues with It. Their customer service team provides excellent support when handling troubleshooting and other user inquiries. **What problems is Flexmail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We just started using Flexmail and we already feel like the tools the software provides saves us a lot of time and worry. Also you're sure that the design of your email is at its best for each customer. ### 3. The ability to train employees on this platform is easy enough without having to hire an outside consultant. Took the company digital marketing team some time to fully implement program, but once it went live, it was pretty straightforward. **Recommendations to others considering Flexmail:** Do your research. Find out about ease of integration and optimization. The graphics interface is great. Webinars are interesting and for free! **What do you dislike about Flexmail?** I cannot check my mailings through testmailings on my mobile phone as I'm not having a smartphone or something likewise.
