"Flexible and a very complete email marketing tool"

What do you like best?

Flexmail is a very intuitive tool that is so easy and fun to use. The Smart Builder is one of my favorite features. You don't have to have any technical background to build beautiful emails in a heartbeat.

What do you dislike?

Nothing yet. Every question I had was quickly solved by the super-friendly support team!

If you are looking for an easy-in-use but still powerful email marketing tool, this is the tool for you.

We are using the Flexmail Smart Builder for some time now and we already feel like the tool saves us a lot of time and worry. The HTML rules of every email client are so different and change rapidly. With the Smart Builder you're sure that the design of your email is optimized for each client.

"Fke"

What do you like best?

What I like about Flexmail is that it is very simple for an email marketing platform and it is very easy to use. Marketing automation takes less effort. It has a very user-friendly interface and is very flexible. Their customer support is great as they are quick to solve every issue I have encountered.

What do you dislike?

Most email marketing platforms often has a few slowdown issues and Flexmail also experiences that. These slowdowns only happens occasionally and most of the time the usage is great. Besides these problems I have no other issues with It. Their customer service team provides excellent support when handling troubleshooting and other user inquiries.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We just started using Flexmail and we already feel like the tools the software provides saves us a lot of time and worry. Also you're sure that the design of your email is at its best for each customer.

"Great experience using flexmail for e-newsletter needs "

What do you like best?

I like the user interface of the platform and the overall capabilities.

What do you dislike?

I wish it was a little easier to collaborate with other team members.

If you're just starting out with email newsletters or want a few more capabilities than you would get with MailChimp, flex mail is a great alternative. If you have a larger team that needs to the platform, it may not be the right choice.

It makes it easy to send out e-newsletters to potential and existing customers.

"Flexmail is great but still needs some updates"

What do you like best?

it's fantastic for large databases; graphic interfaces. The ability to train employees on this platform is easy enough without having to hire an outside consultant. The customer service is good too.

What do you dislike?

needs more integration capabilities for upgrades at a quicker speed. Took the company digital marketing team some time to fully implement program, but once it went live, it was pretty straightforward.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your research. Find out about ease of integration and optimization. The graphics interface is great. Can upload via cloud, which is important to many companies.

It's great with large complex databases such as the one we have which deals with business to business (trade) and business to consumers (retail) ends.

"Flexmail did the job perfectly !"

What do you like best?

Used the platform for a mini-course. Scheduled delivering multiple emails followed with an evaluation form. Easy to create and maintain.

What do you dislike?

The product has a lot more functionality and possibilities which I didn't use. Maybe because the lack of time I didn't discover them.

Mini-course : giving clients or prospects information over a period of time in little chunks.

What do you like best?

The online interface is user-friendly and easy-to-use. The helpdesk takes your questions personal and seriously. They offer creative and personalised solutions for all your questions. Nothing is impossible. The pricing is competitive.

What do you dislike?

No real issues here. If any, the are solved smoothly by the support team.

"Professional tool with great service"

What do you like best?

Flexmail is easy to use for everybody. It is a professional tool that is also compatible with our CRM tool Efficy, which is definitely a big plus. The people behind Flexmail are very professional, helpful and friendly and the overall support and service is outstanding.

"User friendly"

What do you like best?

Very user friendly program. I'm working on the Dutch platform, which makes far much comfortable. Also the helpdesk is top: very accurate and quick responses. Webinars are interesting and for free!

What do you dislike?

I cannot check my mailings through testmailings on my mobile phone as I'm not having a smartphone or something likewise. I can only check on my PC.
