First and foremost, a very simple, user-friendly interface, easy to use, which is not a new ‘challenge’ to remember or learn, as is the case with many other applications, intuitive, user-friendly functionality. The ability to send GIFs or add funny cards additionally builds positive relationships between team members, develops creativity, and allows you to increase their engagement, not only in tasks but also in relationships within the team.
