What do you like best about Finxa OS?

I really liked the Bank Sync feature. It uses a smart and secure method to sync my bank data in real time without needing credentials just by reading SMS messages from my banks. This gave me a full overview of transactions across all my business accounts, with automatic tagging of expenses, which saved a lot of time. The inventory insights were also promising, though not as detailed as I expected but to be fair, it was just a demo. Overall, the system impressed me, and if Finxa keeps improving at this pace, I can see myself being a long term user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finxa OS?

Some of the features shown in the demo or listed on the platform aren't available for immediate use yet, which can be a bit frustrating when you're eager to try everything at once. I understand it’s still growing, but I do hope key features like advanced analytics, exports, and mobile access are rolled out sooner. What problems is Finxa OS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s made it way easier for me to keep track of my business finances and inventory. I can finally see what’s going on day to day how much I’m spending, what’s selling, what’s in stock, and how my money is moving between banks all in one place. I used to bounce between apps and spreadsheets just to understand what’s happening, but now it’s all connected. "Finally, a business OS that feels like it was built for founders"

What do you like best about Finxa OS?

Finxa OS helped me move away from juggling Excel sheets, WhatsApp orders, and different platforms for my small business. What I like most is that it combines my bank accounts, product inventory, sales, and even expense tracking in one dashboard. It’s not overwhelming like other tools I’ve tried—everything feels built for small teams or solo founders. What do you dislike about Finxa OS?

Some features are still being developed, like payment gateways or more advanced export options. The storefront works well, but styling options are limited compared to Shopify. I used to manage everything across different tools bank app, Excel, Shopify, and manual notes. Finxa OS brought all of that into one place. Now I can track cash flow, sales, expenses, inventory, and even customer orders from one system. It saves me time, reduces mistakes, and gives me a much clearer view of how my business is actually doing. Plus, I don’t need to rely on an accountant just to know if I’m making a profit.
