Sometimes they find you leads that may or may not be verified. And then if you choose to get them, you get charged a credit for it. AnyMailFinder filters out the unverified emails even better and doesn't charge you if it can't say with certainty that the email is valid. Only one user for the starter plan? Seems a little redundant since the work around is just sharing the login. AnyMailFinder lets you have unlimited users starting with their first tiered plan. Tried getting a refund for my subscription when I didn't use my credits over the course of months. Support said there's ZERO exceptions for refunds. AnyMailFinder gives you refunds for unused credits, no questions asked. If you run into the same email address on a different search, you still end up using a credit which is just a waste of money. AnyMailFinder doesn't charge for duplications. Ever. Overall FindThatLead is great if you weren't aware that a lot of features are just not all they're chalked up to be when AnyMailFinder is better in every way with fairer policies and benefits for the consumer.
