They changed the dashboard, and I want to switch one. The customer service said: share AppSumo coupons with us and we define your credits to new dashboard. I shared coupons with them, but after 1 week, nobody answered my emails. I wrote them a couple of times. No answer. I don't now, they do not define my credits to new dashboard. I don't email credits, so I cannot use FindThatLead right now. So I don't see new dashboard's setup yet. Unlike its competitors, FTL doesn't have any contact strength measurements or department filters. If you're looking to get ahold of an editor &/or the marketing department in a bulk upload your out of luck as the service will spit out 100 c-level emails before it gets to the useful contacts. Whats needed is a department filter, and a backup filter for when the first filter choice isn't found. For example, filter#1 Marketing, backup filter #2 support, but none of this works if there isn't a strength system where the strongest email is returned first. It also needs to be able to verify on-the-fly because when there are multiple emails for a department, and the first one can't be verified, then it should automatically move to the next email for the first filter. **What problems is FindThatLead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to solve email acquisition for link building outreach. ### 31. It makes it very easy to find contact details based on the company a "lead" works for and their full name. What I like most is that FindThatLead displays indicators to show you how accurate the results might be. If an email has recently been verified, it will display a green check beside the name. I also like that they are constantly adding new features. Things like the verification tool, which automatically tests an email to see if it is valid, the social tool which allows you to find contact information based on a LinkedIn or Twitter users profile, and the ability to send emails directly through their platform. **What do you dislike about FindThatLead?** Based on my experience and what I'm using FindThatLead for, there is very little I dislike about this software. For example, if you want to search New York City, you can ONLY put in NY or for any city for that matter. If you put in just that city and that city name exists in other places in the world, forget it, you will be search through thousands of records hitting one by one. 2) The KEYWORDS function is NOT A FUNCTIONAL FEATURE TO FIND PEOPLE. It searches automatically as an OR so you will get hundreds of irrelevant people and wasted credits. Others you can add ALL keywords that narrow down your search so you aren't spending hours of time sifting through. 3) Support literally takes about 2 days so make sure you don't have an important project to work on. 4) OUTDATED CONTACTS!!!! This is another issue I brought up. There are literally SEVERAL COMPETITORS out there that don't have any of these issues. Spend a bit more and not have these headaches. I looked up about 3 people just today and literally they are 3 years outdated on all 3. 5) NO EVIDENCE THEY ARE UPDATING OR IMPROVING PRODUCT. They are pushing the chrome extension which is no better and not creating a better FindThatLead product AT ALL. I don't think they care.
