Recommendations to others considering Maropost Merchandising Cloud (Formerly Findify):
I initially engaged a competitor to Findify, where the product was new to Australia, and the sales team was unfortunately not experienced enough in some aspects of the program. Partway through the planning and integration it was clear that we were not on the same wavelength, so we cancelled the contract.
I was introduced to Philip Nobel, who simply explained everything. It wasn't a sales call, it was a deep and thorough explanation of Findify, and once understood and agreed I spent a fair bit of time with Netta planning every aspect of the integration and implementation. I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process, especially because everyone involved completely understood Findify inside and out. Once it was implemented and I needed some additional support, Anto was kind enough to get on a call and runthrough the issues with with, which are no longer an issue!

The AI backed search function is constantly learning. The ability to use two-way synonyms to quickly identify Australian slang and translate it into what the customer is saying is very powerful. We are now in the process of firing up the categorization / filters to give the user an even better experience no matter whether they use the search bar of categories... its really making a difference to our conversion rate.
