In stepped Philip and his team of geniuses - Netta, Dennis, Vlad and Anto, and within the first 6 weeks searches started to convert to sales, and the search feature is still learning!!! I love the fact that despite being on the other side of the world in a different timezone that all support issues are dealt with quickly, and they are always super-keen to help me make things better! **What do you dislike about Maropost Merchandising Cloud (Formerly Findify)?** What's not to like? All the planning was hands-on, the roll-out seemless, and configuration relatively easy for a non-tech head like myself. Maybe what i dislike is that I didn't start using Findify 12 months ago! **Recommendations to others considering Maropost Merchandising Cloud (Formerly Findify):** I initially engaged a competitor to Findify, where the product was new to Australia, and the sales team was unfortunately not experienced enough in some aspects of the program. Partway through the planning and integration it was clear that we were not on the same wavelength, so we cancelled the contract. I was introduced to Philip Nobel, who simply explained everything. It wasn't a sales call, it was a deep and thorough explanation of Findify, and once understood and agreed I spent a fair bit of time with Netta planning every aspect of the integration and implementation. I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process, especially because everyone involved completely understood Findify inside and out. Once it was implemented and I needed some additional support, Anto was kind enough to get on a call and runthrough the issues with with, which are no longer an issue! Quite simply... they plan the whole process and you just have to follow it and trust that it will do nothing other than improve your CX and increase your sales! **What problems is Maropost Merchandising Cloud (Formerly Findify) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The AI backed search function is constantly learning. The ability to use two-way synonyms to quickly identify Australian slang and translate it into what the customer is saying is very powerful. We are now in the process of firing up the categorization / filters to give the user an even better experience no matter whether they use the search bar of categories... its really making a difference to our conversion rate. ### 4. Users has a lot of different features to choose from starting from synonyms, pinning of products and smart collections to name a few. Analytics tool is also helpful to find out search terms that have no search results, most popular & least popular search words etc. It is simple to use. **What do you dislike about Maropost Merchandising Cloud (Formerly Findify)?** We use product feed to populate the products in Findify. It might be helpful to have other solutions to sync the product data to Findify than product feed to allow faster product sync - if the feed is not updated multiple times per day. Also, as far as I am aware off, there are no machine learning capabilities. Maybe in the future? However, overall the product is excellent, and the positives out-weight the negatives by huge margin! **What problems is Maropost Merchandising Cloud (Formerly Findify) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for an update to our on-site search engine, and Findify seemed like a good solution for us. The user experience is definitely better with Findify search. Search is also quite fast - at least in our case. ### 5.
