Hundreds of blue collar employees punching in and out in low reception areas. Findd handles it without skipping a beat. **What do you dislike about Findd?** Nothing really noteworthy besides needing to chat their support infrequently about how to set up PTO (a little bit confusing at first). **What problems is Findd solving and how is that benefiting you?** tracking time and attendance for hundreds of blue collar employees who hate tech, but we require them to use facial recognition to punch in and out. ### 2. It's next-level features help us do facial verification (with an impressive accuracy), review missing punches (in-time), review location boundaries and much more. Also, it's seamless deploy on devices and overall interface for setting up devices and customers have been extremely helpful for our staffing agency. **What do you dislike about Findd?** Sometimes we have a couple of features that require unusual workflows or setups that are probably not fully developed. Also, sometimes feels like pricing on additional work, fixes or reports needed is a little on the high end. **What problems is Findd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Buddy Punching, Missing Punches, Tracking Unusual location punches, no user or employee limit, ease of use for supervisors. The offline feature adds cherry to the cake. **What do you dislike about Findd?** The pricing seems to be ona heigher side to me. For small organization the pricing customization should be more flexible to be used by many at a reasonable price. **What problems is Findd solving and how is that benefiting you?** The management provided by the platform is quite awsome, the attendence tracking is one of the best feature along with its super smooth user flow. We can focus on other things meanwhile they take care of the workforce management quite well. ### 4. Biometric attendance system makes authencity of attendance easier. Now the employees can't file a proxy attendance. **What do you dislike about Findd?** The geofencing system does not work properly in the plant as they are located in the outskirts. There may not be an issue with rge applications but they need to track location more precisely even for low badwidth area. **What problems is Findd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like every technology, the smart attendance system should also be modernized. Earlier we had a simple id card. Then we used physical thumb screener. Having an app to capture biometric details serves the purpose.
