**What do you like best about Filtered?**

It's cool that you can take a test at the beginning and "filter" out topics that you already know.

**What do you dislike about Filtered?**

When you filter out the topics you already know, you end up missing some of the naming language Filtered uses for the product, so as you move into topics you don't know, it's more confusing because you may not be aware of the titles they are calling toolbars, buttons, etc.

For the topics you already know, the training makes sense. For the topics you don't know or want to learn more about, it is hard to understand the lesson. 

I wish the program had more practice and was more clear.

**What problems is Filtered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Filtered to be sure that everyone has the same level of knowledge for the Microsoft Office suite. We also use it to see if we can streamline any of our processes.

**What do you like best about Filtered?**

Filtered is great for learners that do best at their own pace. You will have to be well disciplined to get the most out of the software (i.e. completing the recommended activities, listening to the lectures, and taking the tests), but if you are a visual learner and are motivated to learn then it's great!

**What do you dislike about Filtered?**

I wish they had on demand teachers - maybe open communication via chat boxes if people have specific questions. That would take this software to a whole new level!

**Recommendations to others considering Filtered:**

Have someone on live to offer support and answer questions.

**What problems is Filtered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business problems - sometimes I have specific questions related to the lecture and have no one to ask directly. 

Benefits - there are lectures for just about everything.
