What do you like best about FieldworkHub?

- Great communicators, keeping us regularly updated with the recruitment process and timings, as well as enabling us to regularly review participant profiles and provide feedback.

- They clearly understood the objectives of the brief, and recruited suitable respondents fitting our audience criteria, which was reflected on the day through the enthusiasm and involvement of the participants when discussing the topic.

- Super organised, sharing a detailed and thorough plan of actions and scheduling in a moderator briefings before the event.

What problems is FieldworkHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

To further our research offering, we intended to start running focus groups amongst our audiences to bring our data to life and gather people's in-depth attitudes and behaviours. Shortly before the presentation, our original fieldwork provider abruptly cancelled, so we weren't confident we'd find an alternative in time. However, we recontacted FieldworkHub, and Philip was instantly happy to help, and provided reassurance that things would work out. This resulted in our first focus group in the office which was a success from first point of contact right up until the end of the event. Although the event was just two days before our presentation, so we didn't have time to go into the results in too much detail, we managed to obtain a lot of insights to help inform our strategies going forward and setting the scene for future focus groups and research.
