Its easy to add and remove users which is a big plus, especially with how some competitors lock you in with their pricing for users. PDF uploads for documents is also amazing thats one thing i miss when I switched to fieldroutes. **What do you dislike about Fieldwork?** Just about everything else, their lack of features is a killer theres no "job pool" like fieldroutes has intelligent routing is painful and the ui is very very outdated. **What problems is Fieldwork solving and how is that benefiting you?** it is not solving any problems for me it created more problems so we switched ### 2.
