**What do you like best about Fieldmappro?**

I was assisted by Fielfmappro in visualmapping of ServiceNow workflows. This way Ican easily build clear representations of such processes and see the potential problems with certain organizations of the workflows.

**What do you dislike about Fieldmappro?**

The weakness of Fieldmappro is it has more restriction on operations beyond online. This is can be disadvantageous when there is weak or no internet connection especially when am traveling doing my assignments.

**What problems is Fieldmappro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldmappro has changed the way I capture and share ServiceNow process in a remarkable way. Having a visual representation of these processes enables the technical and non-technical people, to have a quick glance, and enable them embrace the process.
