**What do you like best about fieldd?**

The CRM is ok and simple for customer, but for the business owner is a headache specially if your are suing their white label payment gateweay named FielddPay (original payment processor is Finix), they won't make it easy for you to access your information on Finix (original gateway) and at the end of the year when you need access to your 1099, it will be a nightmare, also if you use another platform like Stripe or Square, they will CHARGE YOU EXTRA just for not using fielddpay.

The payment system (fielddpay) is terrible

**What do you like best about fieldd?**

It helps the user to update the customers information real time.

**What do you dislike about fieldd?**

Nothing really, one of the best CRM for me.

**What problems is fieldd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows user to make sure we will not double book the client at the same day as Fieldd has a feature that will tell you if the specific date is already taken.

Automations and it's easy to use overall

Year after year they are increasing their prices or moving features from one plan to another more expensive without adding more value.
