Does anyone have a good OKR template that they are using?

Yes, this is a nice feature. 

What is missing is to copy or link a goal over more than one quarter.

It is currently possible to duplicate action items between cycles. To do this, you can click the 3 vertical dots at the top of the objective and copy it (and the KPIs attached) to a new cycle.
