Overall my experience with Feedonomics has been pretty solid. As far as feed management partners go, they are the best partner I have worked with. When things are firing correctly & set up appropriately we can easily get feeds we need and there aren't a ton of issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Difficulty managing setup - takes a long time to coordinate and make sure ID's and SKUs line up, automation is set up in the way we want (not including out of stock items in feed), etc. Have had to work with customer support multiple times, and while they're great we have more effective discussions when in a meeting rather than online Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- For most sites it works really well without need for manual integration

- Especially for ad-feeds it's a great tool

Feedonomics is very easy to use. If you can use excel, you can use Feedonomics. It removes engineering as a feed for setting up and maintaining various feeds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't have very good versioning or change auditing. So people can easily make changes that break a feed without knowing. After years of using Feedonomics, it's easy to have it get unwieldy. It's similar to organizing documentation where after time rules get built on top of rules in a way that end up being really hard to untangle and track issues.
