The customer support team is very knowledgable most helpful in updating our feeds and addressing any errors. It's easy to create a support ticket and let the team handle all the updates to our product data and feeds. I tend to create support tickets several times a week for updating product data and availability. We have a small staff, so having Feedonomics as part of our team helps us function smoother and feel like we are in good hands with both small and large tasks so we can focus on improving our business. Overall, I think our site has less errors and is functioning better and getting more traffic. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** Some might think taking the time to create the ticket is time consuming, but not when you count the time that goes into gathering all the data and pushing the feed and going back to check that there are no errors. The only downside might be needing to have patience while someone works on the ticket instead of immediately handling the task yourself, but our tickets marked URGENT are typically handled in a timely manner. There are a number features listed in the Feedonomics portal that I'm not familiar with but when I'm unsure of which to choose, I submit a general inquiry, which has never caused any issues.
