Feedonomics is user-friendly and straightforward for this purpose. I like that working in Feedonomics only takes a few minutes out of my day, allowing me to focus my efforts on the more labor-intensive aspect of our builds - setup and QA. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** The downside of using Feedonomics is the lag between uploading a new product set and seeing that product set populate in Facebook Ads Manager. Documentation is biased toward people learning things from scratch; e.g. when I pursued encapsuled, full documentation for Transformers (as a reference) I only found docs explaining basics. **Recommendations to others considering Feedonomics:** Feedonomics is a great platform offering solid support. The drawback is that documentation doesn't really offer reference type of documents where you have the whole knowledge encapsuled. This is great for starters, but when you know quite a bit and you'll search for references, you'll need to browse through lessons our courses. E.g. if I am seraching for "Transofmers" in documentation, I am receiving only courses or lessons. What I'd like to receive is just a doc with every transofmer, list of input vars, description and 1-3 examples. **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Feedonomics is streamlining feed exports; instead of having our ENG care for multiple ad platforms, they care only about Feedonomics dataset. They also monitor for problems, such as oversells, and notify us as they occur. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** Their weekend support is limited. A support rep will respond (what appears to be a rep who only responds that the issue has been received) but no real action will be taken until Monday. If there is a marketplace issue on Saturday or Sunday, no one will notify you until Monday. This is an issue if something goes wrong with an inventory feed and you oversell all weekend. **Recommendations to others considering Feedonomics:** Have your catalog in order (all attributes, etc) before onboarding to minimize the amount of time fixing things once the process is underway. **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've had a few issues with feeds breaking but they seem to just be part and parcel of getting the system fine tuned. Where we can customize each feed for each channel, and have an expert to help us create these, it's been awesome. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** The one downside is that you can't really get in there and change things yourself.
