**What do you like best about feedmoji?**

It was easy to get onboarded and introduce it to our team. The learning curve wasn't steep at all and the UX is really great

**What do you dislike about feedmoji?**

In the end it didn't have a ket feature or two that we needed and we ended up deciding to use another product. Had that not been the case we'd still be using them today and have them in mind for other clients that they might be more a fit for

**What problems is feedmoji solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Satisfaction - we needed a solid way to engage with customers actively without hounding them with messages and feedmoji was perfect for that. Same goes for giving customers digital discounts

Thier customer support is okay.
