**What do you like best about FeedbackSense?**

Feedback sense really helped us with getting feedback on our business. It was very easy to use and very easy to integrate into our business. Customer support was amazing. There are a ton of different features as well.

**What do you dislike about FeedbackSense?**

That I didn't find out about it earlier! it has helped us a lot- there is really nothing to dislike about it.

**What problems is FeedbackSense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us find out how people like to be helped at out business and any weaknesses we might have that we are not aware of.
