**What do you like best about FASTTAC?**

Implementation was Easy. Learning curve was small and team got used to very quickly. Very quick customer support and overall integration with our system was super quick.

**What do you dislike about FASTTAC?**

UI could be improved from my perspective.

**What problems is FASTTAC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project team wanted to have more robust solutions than traditional aproaches.
