I really appreciated the FastSensor team being very helpful and willing to help me navigate some issues I was having, both on-site and remotely. It was great to see how the tracking worked in terms of drawing attention to our booth and keeping track of who walked by versus who came in. It was very helpful to see the dwell times of attendees, and I felt that it matched with what my lead retrieval was capturing. It was good to be able to note that dwell times were affected by the staff I had on-site. This made it clear that having application teams and scientists available at the trade show enhanced the dwell times due to their knowledge. I mostly do small booths, so FastSensor is a bit of an expensive resource to use for some of my smaller booths. I found it more useful when we had the larger booths. I would love to be able to break down the movement outside the booth and the dwell times within the booth, like if the booth audience was stopping to watch a video or stopping at the counter to talk to a person or to read information at the reception counter.
