Its interface is very user-friendly, allowing practically anyone, even without prior experience with similar tools, to use it easily. Additionally, the use of Boolean operators is simple and accessible. It is worth highlighting that for our team, it is already an indispensable tool, and we use it every day. It is easy to integrate and implement within the team and the organization. I haven't had to contact customer support, as it rarely fails, and when it does, it only lasts a few minutes. In fact, I was able to publish a paper which involved a longitudinal content analysis in a top journal using the data I scraped from the platform. Since discovering this, I have been openly sharing Fanpage Karma among colleagues in the international space during conferences. I can confidently say that I have explored the platform for about two years now, and I found that it is easy to look for social media influencers for the topic or line of business.
