**What do you like best about Fanpage Karma?**

I manage a lot of social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and the biggest win for me is having all of them in one dashboard instead of jumping between platforms.

The benchmarking is what I use most, I can compare our brands against competitors in a few clicks, which used to take me hours in spreadsheets. 

The daily morning report is a small feature I did not expect to love, but it lands in my inbox every day with a quick summary so I always know where things stand. Pulling and exporting data for client reports is fast and clean.

Performance has been solid even when I am tracking well over a hundred pages at once, and honestly for what it does, the value for the price sits in a good place for our team.

**What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?**

There is a bit of a learning curve at the start. The tool packs in a lot of features, so it took me a little time to find where everything lives and get comfortable with the layout.

The other small thing is that absolute follower counts can be capped for profiles outside the top ranking, so once in a while I still pull an older number manually for those.

Support was helpful when I reached out, so onboarding got easier once I knew who to ask, but a slightly more guided setup at the beginning would have saved me some time.

It saves me hours every week on reporting. Instead of checking each platform one by one and rebuilding reports from scratch, I get the numbers and competitor benchmarks from a single place, so the time I used to spend on manual data work now goes into actual strategy.

I mainly use Fanpage Karma to conduct digital competition analysis and to analyze content in specific sectors, which helps me propose social editorial plans to my clients. I find the tool quite easy to use, and the reports produced are professional, offering an added value that the client perceives. In addition to publishing metrics, the charts that organize content with higher engagement by content type, such as videos and posts, are very interesting. Furthermore, it is simple and intuitive to configure, suitable even for less experienced users. These aspects of Fanpage Karma are valuable and help formulate precise strategies based on incontrovertible data that support the growth of channels.

Sometimes, when entering channels to analyze, not all metrics are available. This probably happens because the tool has never monitored them before or they are channels that do not have great relevance. This could improve, but even in those cases, the partial information is sufficient to formulate a report for the client.

I use Fanpage Karma to see the performance of the accounts and make benchmarks and comparisons against other industries, which gives me clear and visual references of our results. I like that I can extract KPIs very quickly and share them with the team so we can make decisions. This is very useful because it allows us to compare the results with previous periods and make changes to achieve our goals.

I think it works well, the only complicated part is when you enter for the first time and see a lot of graphs, a lot of metrics, many configurations, therefore it can be a bit complicated to understand the configuration of Fanpage Karma, and this can complicate the experience at the beginning. While you learn to use the platform. The configuration was relatively easy, however, the creation of dashboards and customization of each of the dashboards can become a bit complicated and tedious.

I use Fanpage Karma to see the performance of our accounts on a single page in a visual and easy way. I generate KPIs quickly and share them with the team to make decisions. I compare results with previous periods and move towards clear objectives.

I’ve been using Fanpage Karma for more than 10 years, and it has become an essential tool for both me and the agency I work for. Its social media monitoring and analytics features have helped us streamline workflows, improve client results, and identify opportunities that have supported new business growth. The platform is also easy to navigate, with a clear and intuitive UI that makes day-to-day use simple and efficient. On top of that, their customer support has always been quick, helpful, and reliable whenever we’ve needed assistance.

Some areas could still be improved. For example, when setting up custom filters, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly find the exact metric I need. The topic analysis feature can also be less precise when working with Bulgarian-language content, which makes it a bit more challenging to use for local market insights. That said, many of these limitations appear to come from the restricted data access that social media platforms provide to third-party tools like Fanpage Karma, rather than from the platform itself.

I love the flexibility and ease of use of Fanpage Karma. The interface is very intuitive, which makes its use much easier. It allows extracting data from a specific period without any problem. The UI/UX looks a bit dated but it functions fine. There are lots of options for connecting different social networks, and I like that you can monitor public profiles in addition to your own accounts. Performance is quite quick and pages load fast. My company pays for it, so I have no insight into pricing. I never needed to contact support, so I haven't used it. I also haven't really tried the AI features—I didn't know those were available.

**What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?**

It looks a bit outdated, although it offers a wide range of widgets/inserts to choose from. It annoys me that you can only show "top sources" and not bottom sources; sometimes I want to monitor both the best- and worst-performing posts. There are also many similar inserts, plus outdated or removed ones, which makes the interface feel cluttered.

It's free plan is one of the best on the market, while the paid features offer quite a bit of value from trialing them. For my own purposes, I just need the free account at this time. It was very easy to set up, connect accounts, and start posting. It makes posting and managing multiple social media accounts easy and I am able to use it all the time to post, track posts, and handle posting errors.

**What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?**

There are a couple nuances that can be improved. First, I would like to be able to either upload a gallery of cover photos and be able to match them to videos, OR be able to upload the cover photo when creating a video post, before converting it to a draft. Second, I would like for it to have access to all the available music that is on the various short form content platforms (Tiktok audios, Facebook/Instagram Reels audios, YouTube Shorts Audios.

Fanpage Karma solves the need to create and manage posts in multiple posts every week. It allows me to be able to sit down and schedule out daily content once or twice a week, from one place. Then I can monitor the content throughout the week without needing to constantly check each individual account/app.

1. Sometimes I cannot find certain Facebook pages in the search, even though the pages exist.

I believe that, from a consulting perspective, it was very interesting to understand the competitor’s actions in order to perform benchmarking. In addition, the tool enables the expansion of A/B testing and a better understanding of what did or did not perform well in the ads. This provides strong insights into audience preference trends. From an academic perspective, it is also important to introduce students to tools that they can use to better manage a digital marketing plan.

From a consulting perspective, none. From a teaching perspective, I believe students do not find the software very intuitive. Generation Z does not have much patience to go through tutorials.

One thing I dislike about Fanpage Karma is that when there are technical issues, the response from the support team can sometimes take quite a while. There are also moments when some data does not appear immediately, possibly because the system still needs time to fully process and load all the analytics. I like that in a very simple and quick way, you can obtain a lot of information and data about different profiles, applications, and information. Moreover, Fanpage Karma allows me to see details on social networks like Instagram or Facebook, such as how many followers a profile has, the type of content they publish, and who is following whom. It's like having a powerful eye that can see everything happening at a glance. The setup was super easy: you just have to enter data and open an account. Additionally, it's possible to add more people to see the same thing, without the need for all team members to have an account. I think Fanpage Karma is quite more comprehensive than other tools I've used before; it gives you super valuable information especially when it comes to social networks and profiles.

Well, in the free version sometimes the information is not complete, or it is not updated. So, you are left a bit in the middle. Because there are some profiles that do not share the real number of followers or real numbers of posts, all this is not shared 100 percent in the free form.

I used Fanpage Karma to track social media accounts for political parties. It allowed me to track simultaneously a dozen social media accounts, which is pretty convenient. I really like that it creates reports, comparisons of key data, and provides suggested interpretations via AI. These features were very helpful when I used them as part of a research paper; they allowed me to understand the metrics and interpret data more deeply. The initial setup was very easy and, although I was a student at the time and found the price a bit steep, once I used it as a tool, it was worth the investment.

Some of the social networks data was not available. When I was going back to 2024 to study, some of the Instagram data wasn't available for some accounts I was tracking. That stopped me from creating a wholesome comparison within that period.

I don't waste time adjusting complex options because I simply search for a term, filter by region, and get results, and I can access historical information. Another thing I value is that Fanpage Karma brings everything I need into one platform, which saves me from relying on other tools like Excel or PowerBI. Additionally, I always recommend this platform to digital marketing agencies, because even though I give it an 8 in recommendation, with more flexibility in choosing which modules to hire, it would easily be a 10.

The flexibility when hiring them is a problem. The plan is a complete package that is paid for, whether all its tools are used or not. It would be great to be able to do without some modules and better adjust the price. For example, access to the API requires a higher cost, but it's because of other modules that someone technical probably doesn't need. Also, the lack of personalized onboarding affects non-technical users, as some have problems during the trial phase and do not acquire the license. Closer support, like via WhatsApp, could improve the experience.

Fanpage Karma is an excellent tool for social listening, mapping, tracking, and measuring information, as it has an extremely powerful search engine capable of tracking posts from anywhere in the world and on any topic. Its interface is very user-friendly, allowing practically anyone, even without prior experience with similar tools, to use it easily. Additionally, the use of Boolean operators is simple and accessible.

It is worth highlighting that for our team, it is already an indispensable tool, and we use it every day. It is easy to integrate and implement within the team and the organization. I haven't had to contact customer support, as it rarely fails, and when it does, it only lasts a few minutes.

I would like Discovery to allow searching for posts by content type again, such as videos, photos, or reels. Additionally, it would be excellent if the information tracking also included TikTok. I believe the X section that was available since the first paid version should return. Even so, overall, it is a very useful tool.

The best experience with the tool is using social media data to analyze competition. Additionally, the intuitive and easy-to-use nature of the platform makes it a key tool for any company.

Some inaccuracies with the tool's data and the data that is natively available within social networks.

Benchmarking. With my tool, I was able to better understand my brand's competition.

**What do you like best about Fanpage Karma?**

I like Fanpage Karma because it allows me to monitor an unlimited number of profiles, which is extremely valuable for my work as a political strategist. With this functionality, I can organize and separate political profiles by positions, states, and cities, which significantly improves my ability to read and perform strategic analysis. This flexibility in data organization is essential for understanding the political dynamics on social networks and better developing political mandates and trajectories. Furthermore, having an early view of political trends in Brazil and around the world is a huge advantage that Fanpage Karma provides.

**What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?**

I believe that Fanpage Karma could have a general search across all my data collections. Currently, there is a general search in Discovery where I can search everything in the Fanpage Karma database, but it would also be useful to have something where I could search what is in my own database.

**What problems is Fanpage Karma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fanpage Karma to monitor all politicians in Brazil, understanding the dynamics of social networks and anticipating political trends. It allows me to monitor unlimited profiles and sort by positions, states, and cities, improving my strategic analysis.

**What do you like best about Fanpage Karma?**

I greatly appreciate the speed and ease of use of Fanpage Karma, which allows me to navigate easily and obtain results quickly. I find particularly useful the ability to customize dashboards with a wide variety of KPIs, adapting them to my specific needs for detailed analysis of social profiles. The ease of initial setup was remarkable, making the initial process simple and smooth. These features allow me to quickly gain insights on competitors and content performance, saving valuable time.

**What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?**

I would like Fanpage Karma to be able to analyze non-owned LinkedIn pages as well, but I know this depends on LinkedIn. Also, for Instagram, it is not able to analyze or view collaboration posts if they do not originate from the analyzed profile.

**What problems is Fanpage Karma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fanpage Karma to analyze performance and quickly gain insights on competitors. I like the speed and ease of use and the ability to customize dashboards with many KPIs.

**What do you like best about Fanpage Karma?**

Fanpage Karma allowed me to scrape social media data without the need to do manual coding. It is very easy to use once you've watched the tutorial. It has data from as early as 2011. In fact, I was able to publish a paper which involved a longitudinal content analysis in a top journal using the data I scraped from the platform. Since discovering this, I have been openly sharing Fanpage Karma among colleagues in the international space during conferences. 

I can confidently say that I have explored the platform for about two years now, and I found that it is easy to look for social media influencers for the topic or line of business. Also, I tried linking my own page and it allows me to respond to clients directly from there, assign team members to respond to them, and even schedule or create posts within the platform. It's very easy once you get the hang of it. 

One more thing, what I truly appreciate is Fanpage Karma's customer support. Every time I reach out to raise concerns and ask for a possible feature, Ksenia and Juan are ready to help me. I'm so grateful!

**What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?**

Fanpage Karma may be a little pricey for students, but of course, we are not their target market. I feel that if I am a business, despite the price, I will still avail of it to perform competitor analysis and sentiment analysis. Simply put, I don't dislike the platform.

**What problems is Fanpage Karma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to look into trends in terms of local governments' content over time. Thankfully, Fanpage Karma allows me to build multiple dashboards and segregate accounts based on platforms as well. It is also pretty easy to change the period of interest. I feel though that the best feature is I can go as early as 2011. 

With this, I am able to longitudinally compare social media performances of pages and their content as each post is linked to whatever vanity metric the page captures.
