What do you like best about factoHR?

I like factoHR's US Multi-State Payroll Automation with Real-Time Compliance Updates because it eliminates the risk of costly US compliance penalties, which is a significant value driver for my business. I also appreciated the initial setup process, which was surprisingly intuitive, structured, and tailored to American multi-state workforce needs. Despite having no dedicated IT or payroll specialists, we completed the full platform configuration, employee data migration, core integration setup, and team onboarding in just 12 hours over 3 business days. What do you dislike about factoHR?

Biometric clock-in data from our corporate office scanners and GPS punch-in data from retail/field staff’s mobile devices can take 2–4 hours to sync to the factoHR dashboard (instead of real-time). This means my HR team and location managers can’t verify live work hours for employees approaching US state-specific overtime thresholds (e.g., California’s 8-hour daily overtime), leading to last-minute manual checks to avoid under/overpaying. "Streamlined HR Compliance with FactoHR"
What do you like best about factoHR?

I really like the native, real-time U.S. federal and state labor law compliance in factoHR. It’s the single most important feature for our U.S. HR team and the biggest differentiator from other HRMS platforms we’ve used. The system does not treat U.S. compliance as an afterthought; it builds federal and state-specific labor laws into every core workflow and updates these rules in real time as laws change. The initial setup for our U.S.-only HR operations was incredibly streamlined and user-friendly, optimized for U.S. federal and state HR compliance out of the box. We could get our core U.S. HR workflows live in just 3-4 business days. The setup is designed for HR teams, so our U.S. HR manager, a non-technical role, led the entire implementation with minimal support. The platform’s pre-built U.S.-centric templates eliminated the need to build from scratch, which can be a problem with other HRMS platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about factoHR?

I don't like the lack of offline functionality. In low or zero connectivity areas in the U.S., like rural job sites and remote work locations, the app can't save clock-in/out data or draft leave requests for offline submission.
