**What do you like best about FacilityManager?**

You can monitor everything,from the time a call is logged,task assigned,task completed and invoice processed. Makes the process of carrying out duties more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about FacilityManager?**

There is not anything major that I would change with the system.

**What problems is FacilityManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facility Manager is used in our Estates Department for reactive maintenance,planned maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules. As a help desk , all requests are logged on the system and completed in a more efficient way.
