After analyzing the Oracle Resellers category on G2 for this specific reliability-and-ease-of-use pairing, the post&#39;s own caveat is worth taking seriously; general infrastructure reliability and Oracle-specific ease of use are genuinely different claims, and a reseller strong on one doesn&#39;t automatically transfer strength to the other. The ease-of-use-holding-in-production question the post asks is really the sharper version of this, since almost any implementation can be made to feel easy during a guided rollout with the vendor&#39;s team present, the real test is whether your own team can run and troubleshoot it independently once that support tapers off. 

Layered delivery at the larger integrators is a trade worth naming directly; more scale generally means more process between a question and an answer, which can undercut the ease-of-use experience even when the underlying implementation quality is genuinely strong. The honest way to test this before committing is to ask a reference specifically how support responsiveness changed between the implementation phase and steady-state operation, since that transition is usually where the reliability-versus-ease-of-use trade-off actually reveals itself.
