Extensis provides a full suite of HR tools. The PEO model allows me to bring on employees anywhere. But there are a lot of companies who do that. On boarding with Extensis went quite smooth. What I like most about them is it is very easy to talk to a real person. The dashboard is easy to use. The Payroll service is excellent to deal with. Friendly service received from all department staff! They listen to our needs and are always quick to offer suggestions and information to help us make informed decisions. The LOA Cloud doesn't log or track non-FMLA leaves of absence, so we have to track them ourselves outside of HRCloud. That kind of disconnect could lead to confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes a lack on consistency across various teams. Would like more consistency and cohesiveness across the team assigned to our account. We have had some issues with payroll platform updates creating issues with codes, tax etc. More communication about platform updates and impacts would be appreciated. Process for the PEO's are pretty much the same, but Extensis stands out for their ability to resolve issues quickly and expediently. I can ALWAYS get someone on the line that either helps me or finds someone who can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
