Extensis, especially our implementation manager, time and labor support and hr support people, (Patrick Fitzsimmons, Sonsarae Smith and Sarah Forsyth, is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to help. Whenever an issue or question has come up, them or their team has been able to respond promptly and works hard to get us the answers or solutions we need. We are still trying to successfully use the clock in features, and a month in we've still had issues. Even though we've had issues the team has been extremely helpful and this feature is through an outside vendor Extensis uses so that is the biggest flaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The whole experience has been a good one, I have dealt with 3 PEO in the last 2 years and the other 2 it was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and if you did the problem took weeks to resolve. ExtensisHR was different, easy to connect with, and Patrick Fitzsimmons is a pleasure to deal with. I was 10 minutes late for a meeting and he was still there waiting for me and super accommodating. We are also a Start Up and our owners are from Europe so there are some specific challenges all of which have been accommodated with no fuss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
