It is pretty hard to find anything to dislike about ExtensisHR. With any PEO, you lose some ability to "own" some processes and systems, but that is just the nature of the setup (i.e. our ATS does not integrate with Extensis because we chose an ATS outside of their offerings). I like that the service team is responsive and attentive, which is really helpful. The benefit prices are reasonable, and the systems process payroll accurately. The platform offers lots of good ancillary benefits and offerings that employees are interested in. Having a dedicated team that can answer HR questions is very helpful, and hiring and terminating is easier with ExtensisHR because they have good knowledge.
