What I like most about them is it is very easy to talk to a real person. The dashboard is easy to use. The Payroll service is excellent to deal with. Having said that, I have always been able to find the reports or the different sets of documents I need, just a little difficult to find. **What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sometimes get requests for information from regulators, or our auditors. I also needed info for a government agency for a new program we are applying for. I was able to get the information needed using the help of my representatives, for each of these. At that time I was working for a different organization and I stepped in as Head of Finance and HR. My first task was to implement a Handbook for the organization with the help and guidance of Extensis. The service was impeccable. The HR rep walked me through every part of the handbook and provided thorough advice and recommendations. I was impressed to say the least, so when I started my current position I did not hesitate to reach out to Extensis and switch over from Paychex in no time. What I appreciate about Extensis is their white glove service, consistency and they really make you feel like you are working with a small organization that really cares about you as their client. During integration they walked us and held our hand through every step of the way. Assuring us that every piece of information was transfered over into their system correctly. We did our switch in the middle of the year so it was a bit messy when it came to payroll frequencies and such, but again Extensis provided unconditional support, guidance and assistance. Since becoming an Extensis customer we have had a dedicated HR and Payroll rep who know and understand our organization, our needs and the way that we do business. This has been a tremendous transformation for us from our previous payroll provider. Having a dedicated person on the other end, who knows our strugles and does not have to be told twice what to do is such a relief! Aside from white glove service, Extensis also has a large number of other features that every organization can tap into. From PTO tracking, time management, training courses, recruitment, salary benchmarking, contract preparation, there are a lot of different options that can fit various business needs. We couldn't be more happy AND proud to be an Extensis customer! **What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?** The only thing that I always complain about when it comes to Extensis is the PTO system. I trully feel like it can be simplified and streamlined. **What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Health benefits, payroll processing and just general HR assistance.
