The service is highly unreliable due to its lack of offline functionality. If Extensis/Cloudflare servers go down, the product is unusable, severely disrupting workflow.
Crucially, despite being a cloud service, there is no customer backup facility. The subscription model is misleading because the company fails to clearly state that the customer is solely responsible for all data backups. The documentation provided for self-backup is extremely poor, outdated, and required weeks of customer pressure (my own effort) to force the company to acknowledge and partially update.
