"Easy to use, affordable font management"

What do you like best about RightFont?

RightFont is super easy to setup and use compared to some of the other tools I've tried. It makes added, enabling and disabling fonts easy, often right form the applications I use most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RightFont?

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to manage duplicate fonts (not that I've found anyway). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RightFont solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having an insane list of fonts to scroll through in Photoshop or Illustrator can make finding what I need really tough. RightFont's made it a lot easier to manage my library and sped up the process of font selection for my projects. It's also allowed me to disable some of the system fonts that I simply don't use (like the dozens of other language fonts), which has streamlined my application font lists even further. "An inexpensive alternative"

What do you like best about RightFont?

RightFont is a no-nonsense font manager. Easily add new fonts. Easily navigate to fonts files in the finder. It comes with some pre-created categories but makes it easy for you to create your own categories and subcategories of fonts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RightFont?

You get what you pay for. RightFont does not integrate with other apps to activate fonts automatically. I wish there were a way to preview a font before importing it into the app. One noticeable missing feature is the ability to activate a complete font family. You can activate an entire library, or you can activate individual fonts within that library, but you can't activate the family all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RightFont:

RightFont is a no-nonsense utility. As such, don't expect too many bells and whistles. However, it runs smoothly with no hiccups and does most of what I want it to do. Give it a try! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RightFont solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using a corporate-provided computer, and within my organization, very few people see the need for font management. I've been a user of Suitcase from way back, and it's always been a useful tool. When I switched over to my work computer full time, I brought my copy of Suitcase with me, but eventually, an OS upgrade rendered my version of Suitcase unusable. "Best Mac Font Management on a Budget"

What do you like best about RightFont?

The plugins that come built into the software are great, and they work seamlessly with all our Adobe applications. Some of RightFont's more expensive competetors have activation plugins that simply do not work, so that feature cannot be beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RightFont?

Not a way to activate entire font families, you have to activate individual weights. This is kind of annoying, but I guess it keeps me from activating fonts I won't actually use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RightFont solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed something beyond the basic system font manager, but wasn't willing to get past the hefty price tags of competing products. I am a one man shop, so keeping my operating costs down is very important to me. RightFont allows me instant font activation and deactivation at an affordable price. "Affordable Easy to use but could have been better"

What do you like best about RightFont?

It is quite affordable and easy to set up. The fonts are easy to install no need for training. If we want to activate/deactivate the fonts, the user does it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with other applications is a major concern. There are some minor bugs as well which need to be rectified. It should be available for Windows as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
